This is the worst credit card company that exists. They allowed a fraud to occur by letting a criminal in the U.S place almost $900 dollars online to my card. I spoke to a rude male in their fraud department who would not believe that it wasn't me who ordered them.Eventually I was able to get a decent person there to believe me and take it off my account. I cancelled the card and their system then would not allow me to make payments. I complained and their employees are so dumb they did not understand how their system works. I then mailed my payment by cheque and thanks to our great postal system in Canada a strike occurred.The payment never made it to them and close to a year later my credit rating is still suffering because of that 1 missed payment . Eventually Capital One figured out how to fix my account and I have paid them off, but unfortunately my credit rating has suffered because of them.Now I'm with a good company who sends me texts whenever a charge is applied to my card, so I will catch any frauds early. Capital One will never take responsibility for their actions and poor business management. Nothing but excuses. Capital one is poison to your credit.STAY AWAY!!!!
