1. Tshirts printed weren't up to standard2. Tried to blame our artwork - even though previous T-shirts by Canva and the same artwork were good. 3. T-Shirts needed to be thrown in the bin/rags 4. Relucantly said 10-20 days you'll get a refund5. >30 days no refund 6. I complained, and the refund was processed today - again, 10-20 days before the money will actually return. >2months for this to play out. Not up to standard, didn't refund when they said they would and generally have been poor 0/5.
