IF it works.1st: Slow in fixing issues, sloooow customer service (1 day turnaround time is too slow for such a big company serving business customers).2nd: No proper announcement of updates that render their service unusable for an unspecified amount of time - which we experience at the moment. No help due to 1st. Canva not working on a busy Monday for god knows how long, putting a whole team on hold. Had to check outage page to figure out what's happening instead of receiving notification about the issue in our PAID account center.This is the second time this happens within half a year.Thank you Canva
