My whole experience with this print project has been a nightmare and at the end of the day it's just not a quality product. The book I received has obvious flaws (frayed edges on the top edge of paper and dimples in the inside and backside covers). Colours are great and my images remained well placed but the overall quality is cheap. I think Walmart has them beat by a landslide and is much less expensive.There was a concern about delivery being completed within Canva's timeline and dealing with customer support was dismally disappointing. Cut and past answers, no one seemed able / willing to reach out to the printer to establish the status. I've escalated my concern 4 times and still get cut and past answers.Never again.While I love Canva for creating projects, I've cancelled my subscription. I'll stick to the free version and trust my print projects to reliable companies such as Vistaprint, Snapfish, and even Walmart!
