Canva misrepresents its policy for non profits. We provided our IRS non profit approval letter and EIN and they refused to provide the free account because of unwritten rules that they feel they must also approve of the nonprofits website. Why is beyond me as their brand is not represented. We didn’t have a site yet and signed up to use Canva to help with the development. They continued to charge us even after I wrote repeatedly telling them to honor their own policy or cancel the account. You can’t just email them or call them. Everything is through form submissions. AND THEY HIDE WHERE YOU CAN CANCEL THE ACCOUNT YOURSELF. It is not under account as is customary, but under PRIVACY. I wouldn’t trust them. Find another provider.
