I recently went to drop off some donations to the Bromsgrove branch, I called first to explain what I had got, I was asked what I was donating, after telling me they were very busy, I eventually got some help to bring the donations inside, and was told ‘we don’t want any more than that’! And was asked again, what was in the bags.I’ve never had this kind of issue before, I felt like taking it elsewhere where it might be a little more appreciated.CRUK has been an important charity for me in the past, I’m hoping that the member of staff was simply having a bad day.
