I am a big fan of Buzzsprout. I don't remember why I chose them over others when I started my podcast over a year ago, but I've never regretted it. They have three things that I love: the technical infrastructure to make the podcasting work; a website that makes it very easy for the podcaster; and excellent (fast, informative, friendly) customer service. And the cherry on top is that their prices are very reasonable. I also like that they offer a lower price for podcasts you have that are inactive. Excellent company and excellent services.
