This site is scetchy, but I decided to give it a try since I have no other options at the moment. The lack of details, the lack of communication from their support team is just beyond me. I have to wait 1-4 days for them to respond on my questions. When I had to submit proof for my first payout, it was declined because of the lack of proof, and I wasn't even aware of that because you cannot simply see it's being stated somewhere, the only way I found out is when I asked them what takes so long.They stated the reason and provided an article how to make a proper proof, but didn't managed to let me submit it, and now they ignore me once again.You may think that I'm being inpatient but all of this took 11 days. When they stated that it only takes 5-10 days to get the money. I've switched to bank deposit via Payonner and now I cannot withdraw my money because the lack of proof, which I CANNOT submit for some odd reason. Give my honestly earned money back.
