Had an issue with BMC reviewing my account taking a week but writing to support resolved the problem, the person on the other end was very helpful. They were also able to cancel the withdrawal as per my request. I don't really have any complaints but I leave it at 4 stars as I have yet to discover what would be my experience with withdrawing money.
