Previously it was working fine they used to respond like within 1 or 2 hours but nowadays their chat support and email support is the worst more than 16 hours and they don't respond seriously what kind of customer support won't give you any response for that long time?I am talking about weekdays not weekends so their customer service is pathetic I guess they won't reply me for days
