They claim you keep 95% of your earnings-I wish! This just isn't true. For eg. I've been donated £45 but the figure I can withdraw is £40.53. 5% of £45 is £2.25 not £4.47 so their cut is nearer 10% not 5%. And then Stripe will take their cut. Also, there's a discrepancy with the figures (more taken than should be) and I've emailed 5 times so far over the past 2 weeks to query this and not had a response. NOT IMPRESSED! They don't seem to have a complaints procedure either, which I believe they should have by law. Finally, they only allow you to withdraw your money on a Wednesday and then Stripe take about a week to pay you, so my last payment took 2 weeks to receive. Why it takes so long is anyone's guess. My daughter can transfer money immediately from her bank to mine, yet Stripe take a week? If you need money urgently, this is not the platform for you. AVOID *response to their response-So why are you responding on here but absolutely no response to FIVE emails I've sent you??
