Being charged monthly for an account I don’t have access to. No customer service to be found on the website either with the only way to contact them being a support email. I sent a message to the support email and didn’t get a response.I’ve been charged for 5 months while receiving nothing. Wouldn’t care that much if it was simple to just cancel.
