Used BuyMeACoffee to support an app developer and wanted to cancel but couldn't find anywhere to do that. I couldn't figure out my account and reach out to support. They were able to track down my account which I had typo'd and assisted me with cancellation. Definitely appreciate the quick and thorough response.
