The communication is pathetic. The basic premise of the idea to allow creators to monetise their audience is brilliant. However they clearly have a set agenda about what creators they want to work with. We run a side hustle review service where our premium members get access to extra knowledge about side hustles, high converting offers, limited time offers etc. This was in operation for around a month before they abruptly stopped new users signing up. We provided every piece of information possible about what the service does, how it’s ran, how it’s advertised etc. To which we received a copy/paste email saying we’re banned. It seems really odd as they work with loads of creators endorsing gambling so it’s clear they don’t make their decisions based on ethics. The point is you could work tirelessly to launch a product to your audience, have initial success, then randomly receive a closure notice from them. It’s really likely whatever details you provide you’re not going to speak to a rational human being and they’ve very much made up their mind that your business doesn’t fit their agenda. Realistically this due diligence should be carried out at the start. Oh and they also refuse to pay out the money you’ve made - instead they will pay it back to your subscribers meaning you end up working for free. Find another provider who’s open/honest and will allow you to speak to a rational human, your business could be ruined by these guys without any notice!
