DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. Worst experience ever.I registered my company on Buffer and applied for a $99/month plan. Buffer charged me over $1000 and no one replied to my questions promptly.Their customer support acts in a very shady way and avoided to give me an answer for the first 48 hours after the payment was made. Today I finally receive an email that states "We wanted to let you know that we have refunded the payment shown below and attached a copy for your records. The refund should reach your account within 5-10 business days."...... guess what?! The pdf files they sent me are broken. After 3 days, I still have no guarantee of receiving my money back.
