We've been using this system for a while now. We initially set up automated emails using Sendinblue, and it worked perfectly. However, when they switched to Brevo, the automation stopped without any notification from them. They claimed that the last edit date was in 2022, which is not possible as we never made any modifications or added any conditions that would prevent emails from being sent. This has been a total frustration for us.
