The user experience is good.Every tab is constructed structurally and at right places. Yet sometimes there is little lag in contacts but that's ok. I got no error whil importing contact in a list but still it was not responding. I don't know the reason. Speed and analysis of campaign are up to the mark. Overall everything seems good to me. Only restriction is there in free plan limits. I would suggest to decrease plan costs to some extent so that more peopl can join it.
