Brevo is a big scam. They suspend your campaigns when you have a 0.22% hard bounce rate and a 0.82% unsubscribe rate. They say; talk to our customer service by sending an email. Please note: they WILL NEVER respond to anything. If you go to the customer service page; it will always say it's not findable.Once you got banned by Brevo, they will also delete all the links used in your email. So for example; if you have a button with 'profit from this deal' - your customers will never ever be able to go to your deal.It's just a waste of money, a big scam and you should avoid this service at all costs.They seem cheap, but as you cannot really use the service it's just all a big scam. You pay for something, and you will not receive.Be very very cautious when you waste your money on this company. They are likely to never respond to anything.I am in the process with PayPal to get my money back.Edit 1: and what I forgot. They BAN you, but they still charge you next month. So you get double scammed if you do not cancel your BANNED account.Reviews are clearly fake here.
