Awful customer support. We had planned to implement Brevo across our entire agency client base, but discovered that they completely lack the ability to send product-specific automated feeds. When we inquired about this, they suggested purchasing Brevo+, but then bizarrely informed us that this solution "wasn't suitable for our needs" when we tried to buy it. They offered no alternative solutions. I've never encountered such a strange business practice - a company actively preventing customers from upgrading their service. As a result, we're moving back to Klaviyo. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!
