We are a music band and we have a loyal fanbase which we brought across from Mailchimp that has been earned over the years through our events and concerts. We sent out one mail about a float fest party we were hosting to our fan base and Brevo suspended our account. Absolutely no reason and they refused to explain why. Don't waste your money, rather stick with Mailchimp as they are more expensive but at least there is transparency and honesty with their clients. Highly disappointed!!
