I cannot name a single company that cares less about their customers. Our company has been with Braintree for 5 years and processed several million dollars on the platform only to be asked to change partners (stop using them) or have them hold a $10k reserve for refunds - this is after they help our funds for over 2 weeks, during a pandemic where companies have been so tight on cash flow. For a "start up" to be so dismissive of long standing customer and have zero sentiments of partnerships is disappointing, frustrating, and ill intentioned. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THEM AS A PAYMENT PROCESSOR. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
