They don't have a technical support phone line so you only can send an email, they reply after 24 hours to ask for a single piece of information, you will need to wait another 24 hours so they can reply. Payment processing is a very serious matter for companies and the fact that they don't have a support line is terrible. switch to a different company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRAINTREE!
