I had a terrible experience with Booking.com. They promised in writing to refund the difference of $2,800 between booking #4368240519 and the replacement they offered, but they’ve delayed the process without any justification.No transparency, no accountability. I’m currently escalating to EU consumer protection agencies.I strongly advise others to be cautious.
