I have today spoken with Customer service who started off seemingly helpful I had a snapshot of how much the hotel I was booking would cost me with 10% Genius discount which was not applied she said I would not get this on level 1 even though I had the info in front of me that I would. She then said the snapshot didn't give the dates even though it said for the 4 nights I was staying. She then said they would not be able help as it was after the stay even though she had all my information I felt lied to anything to get out of refunding the 10% overcharge. When I challenged her on all these things she put the phone down. I know this was not in error as she had already said she would call back if connection was lostVery very bad experience which has left me not wanting to book with them againI have not had the main concern of the hotel I booked not stating it was Halal and my sever intolerance to the alternative which was chicken and turkey made to look the usual pork and felt this was brushed over. This could have ended in my being ill for days at best
