It is horrible having to deal with the agents working for booking.com a group of incompetent, entitled and poorly trained employees who give you a hard time for absolutely no reason. I have had to consistently ask them for a refund and they have taken all the possible time to return the money. Don’t use this app/company is pure trash. Refunds are not being taken seriously, agents are rude and after waiting for 40 minutes on the phone, an ignorant lady with broken English hangs up my call like my time is worth NOTHING. If I could I would give 0 stars to such a pathetic costumer service. It’s been a month calendar since I processed the cancellation under “free cancellation” policy and look at where we’re at now. Yikes
