Terrible customer service from both…

Terrible customer service from both booking.com and OYO hotel. Both put me on hold and hung up on me multiple times. When asking about cancellation they both blamed each other for denying even partial $ back when attempting to cancel a booking that had only been made 15 minutes before. I was called for work as soon as I made the reservation. I travel 10 months a year for work and will never deal with either one again.
