Booking.com have taken money out of my account. I’ve received no confirmation email. The website is showing no booking. The AI telephone number has me in a loop because I have no confirmation number and I am stuck having paid for accommodation I have no record of and I can’t get through to anyone. This has never happened to me before but I wouldn’t use them again.
