I was absolutely distraught yesterday

I was absolutely distraught yesterday! I thought they had forgotten to put my middle names on my flight ticket. It turned out that I was to blame and I just hadn't typed them into the correct boxes!I contacted booking.com, they passed me on to their flights team, who organised communication with the airline, whose offices are abroad. Within 24 hours, I had a new ticket issued, with the correct names.I cannot express how grateful I am for this, I am leaving the UK and missing that flight wasn't an option! Plus, the idea of cancelling it and then paying an additional £860 on top to book another was awful.So I can see there are lots of very negative comments on here about them, but in my case, they have genuinely done me a massive favour and quite literally saved my life!Thank you so much!
