shame there is no zero stars !

shame there is no zero stars !! booked an overnight stay at the Hideout in Newry on the 13th May for 9th July, confirmed by property owner on 15th May that it was approved. Message from property owner received in junk mail on 30 May saying cant stay on 9th July. logged on to see what issue was and booking.com had changed my booking to the 15th July with no notification. tried twice a day for 5 days to call customer services but they cut it off after 15 minutes in line or an AI clown tries to help you! .. badly!!! shambles of a company !!!!
