Purchased transport from airport after booking accommodation. I never got the tickets but got charged. Can’t get a hold of customer service because I got no email, no confirmation and no pin so no one will deal with me. Very difficult to impossible process. Last time I use booking.com as it doesn’t seem like I will get my money back after several unsuccessful calls and emails. Disappointing and ruined the holiday.
