The booking process is straightforward, but when you have an issue it becomes very difficult. Contacting customer services consists of filling forms which never get a personalised response. When you eventally get to call, you speak to a bot. I finally spoke to a person who only wanted to put me in touch with the host. I'd already tried that. He said hed call me back and didnt.When you have an issue, the system doesnt create a case, with a reference to join up all the communications, so every time you are starting from scratch. I wouldn't use them again. Lifes too short.
