Booked a one night stay back in April and money taken from my account that day. I'm one week away from travelling and could not find my booking confirmation. Messaged Customer Service and told either I used wrong email address (impossible as I have a verified account) or something went wrong with the system and that they would refund me in 7-10 days...WTAF!I found the same propery on another site and contacted the owner. They confirmed that she has my booking...all good I thought. No responses by email so I called and may as well been talking to a table. Apparently without my booking confirmation he can't do anything! To be clear then....they booked the accomodation and took my money forming a contract of purchase BUT have no idea about the booking! I had to argue for 10 mins with him to investigate it and he agreed to do that and come back to me.....guess what....never heard a thing.The incompetence is mind boggling.
