I am so disappointed with how I have been treated by Booking.comThey have cancelled my cabin bag for my flight out (and refunded in 3-5 days) but not cancelled for the way back! obviously I won't need a cabin bag for the way back when they have cancelled it on the way out. I am trying to get hold of their customer service team and have been holding for over 50 minutes being told for the last 48 minutes that I am number one in the queue with an estimated wait time of 'about three seconds'!!!! absolutely farcical. And to make the holding experience even more distressing I am having to endure the most woeful and melancholy hold music. At the same time I am trying to get a response from their virtual assistant and that is pitiful as well. I won't bore you (the reader) with the responses other than to sat they are of no help at all and are just adding to my frustration and regret about using Booking.com. This is the absolute low water mark for how not to treat customers and is a clear demonstration of how if everything doesn't work as it should the customer can just fall between the cracks.
