Downgraded at check in for long haul. No assistance whatsoever from Booking. com and gotogate. Took 17 days and numerous emails / phone calls for them to respond. All with ‘No-Reply’ addresses. Finally told me to apply to the carrier. Booking.com took my money then discarded me after arriving in the Far East. All complaints ignored. No facilities to complain to company Booking.com. Thank goodness the carrier assisted. Booking.com an absolute disgrace for customer service. I’ll never use Booking.com / gotogate ever again. Booking.CON is a more apt name.
