I booked a flight and rented a car from booking. They said I would receive my flight information in 2 day.Didn’t receive it.When I got to the airport they said my flight had been cancelled because I used a debit card instead of a credit card anyway there was enough money on both cards to pay for my ticket.The airline ticket was refunded because it was on a debit card but the car rental went through. I immediately got on the book it website to text them and explain the problem it was On Sunday.Today they told me I wasn’t getting the money I paid to rent the car because they were not notified the Sunday when my flight was canceled even though I explained the problem to the AI assistant on the website.Using 3rd party bookings are difficult to use and get your money back because of their mistakes not yours! Not Worth The Hassle!!!
