If I could give no stars I would. My daughter and partner used bookin. Com for apartment in derby. They flew over from Ireland to realise they had been scammed, as well as some more couples. Booking .com refused totally to help them and they had to find alternative accommodation themselves. It has been reported to police and fraud squad and still they are denying any responsibility
