Booked hotel in Laural MS only to find that the hotel is not associated with Booking.com or any online booking company. I called customer service twice, the first time I was on hold for 10 minutes and after I explained my issue they hung up on me. The second time I was on hold for 15 minutes and after explaining the issue the customer service person called the hotel, which the hotel manager told them that they were not associated with booking.com and after being on hold again for 15 minutes, they hung up on me again.
