We booked a taxi through booking.com in order to get to the airport from Italy. The taxi company did not speak English and hung up on me when I tried to arrange a pickup location! Worse yet booking.com "customer service" said : they are unable to refund us for this booking. $46 to tell me I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM FOR TRAVEL AGAIN.
