I booked a „flexible“ ticket Bangkok- Shanghai, because I knew that I might have to change my plans. This ticket is more expensive. When I tried to change the flight, booking.com wanted to charge me. I know that different flight dates have different prices and was willing to pay that difference. But what booking.com wanted to charge me was more than the price of a new ticket (same airline, same flight). Why book a flexible ticket if changing the flight is more expensive than buying a new ticket?? Booking.com service had neither explanation nor solution.
