This review is for booking.com when things don’t go right. This is of course rarely the case but it happens and when it does, they are terrible. No effort whatsoever to resolve. Hide behind the veil of agency - “sorry but nothing we can do - you need to take that up with the hotel”. Customer service are a complete waste of time when it comes to resolving a problem.
