Cancelled my hotel with less than 24 hours notice and they knew 8 days prior to this!! Still haven't had my refund and no compensation considering my second hotel was 50% more expensive then my original!No replies after numerous emails because that is there only source of communication, no phone number to ring, very happy to take your money but not give it back. I want my refund!!
