I booked a hotel through Booking.com, but the reservation was processed via a third-party (Agoda) without my knowledge. When my region (Palestine) faced border closures and I couldn't travel, the hotel kindly agreed to reschedule my dates.Unfortunately, Booking.com refused to help and kept giving me automated replies. Even with the hotel’s written approval, they wouldn’t contact Agoda or escalate my case.This lack of flexibility and customer support during a crisis was deeply disappointing. I won’t be using them again.
