Avoid this dreadful company

Avoid this dreadful company. After a disappointing stay in a truly dilapidated hotel, I contact Booking.com to say I thought the hotel deserved to be inspected. Not only did they not inspect the hotel, they made it impossible for me to write a review, whereas their website said I would be asked to write one within three days of the end of my stay.
