booked a minibus airport transfer 7+ people for extra comfort in Nairobi a 5 seater SUV with barely enough room for us and our cases turned up, complained to Booking.com when i got home they claim that the supplier fulfilled the requirements and offered no refund even partial which is what i asked for, basically they said they believed the account of the taxi firm over me, paid £30 for the extra comfort and basically got an UBER XL which would have cost £9 locally
