I am so devastated after using Booking.com a few times. On 21/06/2025. I tried to buy 2 air tickets for my husband. One was for his travel from Johannesburg to London Heathrow which I received confirmation for via my yahoo email with Booking Reference Number CY239U. However, after paying for his air ticket to fly from Bulawayo to Johannesburg, barely 10 minutes later I never got any confirmation but £164.99 was deducted from my Bank account for that ticket. Contacting Booking.com by any means is impossible as all systems are automated and I keep being asked to provide reservation number and pin which I never received. Tickets keep going up and my bank can only raise a dispute after the travel date has gone past which is 22/06/2025. This is such a dilemma for me as am not sure wether to buy another ticket then what happens if the ticket is eventually issued before the travel date. I am checking for the confirmation everyday since 21/06 but nothing is coming through my email. The anxiety that this company has caused me is beyond imagination and this is the last time am using Booking.com. Please beware those who are planning to use them. I have learnt the hard way 😭😭Melanie
