"We've forwarded your complaint to the property owner and must wait for their response to issue any refund."A child's safety should not require property owner approval. This accommodation was uninhabitable and dangerous, yet Booking.com continues to prioritize property profits over guest safety.We checked in on 6/11 and checked out on 6/16. Currently, 12 days waiting for resolution while they hide behind "we're just the platform" excuses. Completely unacceptable for a company that collected our payment and marketed this as safe family accommodation.
