I've been ordering stuff off bol.com frequently over the past few years and only faced issues with (third-party) resellers twice and never with bol directly. Whenever something was broken, wrong, missing, etc., they immediately took care of it, sent out the product again, only parts of the product, issued a refund, etc. Bol's support has always been excellent and helpful, and as long as this won't change, I'll keep ordering things weekly.Unfortunately, I can't give five stars because of incorrect and misleading information on the product pages. Often product titles differ from the description and specifications, or product pictures differ from the product you'll ultimately receive.Besides that, I can recommend Bol, but I advise reading up on the product description and specifications first and checking the product pictures. If something seems off, contact the seller by email or live chat to ensure getting exactly what you expect and about to pay for.
