Bol.Com and reimbursing their clients

I recently bought some toys for the grandchildren through Bol.com. I paid immediately and received a confirmation mail that the toys would b delivered 2 days later. the next day i received a mail stating there had been an error and delivery was delayed. this was on Oct 23d 2021. Nov 18th 2021, i contacted Bol.com through their chatbot reminding them that my order had not been delivered. I was asked to annull the order and place a new one for the same goodies, the new order of course should be paid again and Bol.com would credit my account with the amount paid twice and i would receive a 5 euro discount because of the discomfort caused. Unfortunately and more than a month later, i still did not see any credit appearing into my account despite trying to contact Bol.com directly claiming the reimbursement of the double payment. No reaction whatsoever till today! I ll be very careful using Bol going forward!
