I am unable to leave feedback on a food processor that I purchased, the lid of which broke the first time I tried to julienne a carrot due to poor design and the use of a fragile plastic, and which I have now arranged to return. This makes me wonder whether the reviews are trustworthy and balanced. Are people who return items blocked from commenting on them?
