I bought a product, olaplex no. 3, i got olaplex no. 6. They want me to send it back and buy a new one, instead of them sending me a new one and i just return this one.Meaning they want me to do all this extra work, because they made a mistake. How is this good customer service?Otherwise they have very fast shipping and i haven’t had an experience like this with them yet (i don’t buy stuff online very often) but i’m kinda mad so i’m giving it one star.Edit: Their reaction is the problem so that helped nothing.
